In a matter of 15-20 minutes you can have moist, tender, pork cutlets in your mouth, ENJOY!

Sautéed Pork Cutlets

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
4-pork cutlets about ¼ inch thick
½ tbsp. black pepper
½ tbsp. creole seasoning or seasoning salt of your choice like Lawry's
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Rinse cutlets under cold water, pat dry with a napkin.  Combine seasonings in a small bowl and divide in half. Season pork cutlets with ½ of seasoning blend, and set aside. Put flour in a shallow bowl and season with remaining seasoning blend. Lightly toss pork cutlets in flour mixture, tapping off excess flour and set aside. Melt butter and olive oil on medium high heat, cook cutlets 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. I serve these with rice or mash potatoes.
