Orange Mango Dreamsicle Smoothie

Hey people...it's me, the Creole Contessa...and YES, I already know what you're thinking...did I reach the wrong blog...NO...it's still me...!  Well people, I just needed to tell you...I am just a little tired of chewing...yes, I said it...I'm full...and I need to get a little break just before the Holidays, when I will be baking and cooking and baking some more...and don't forget roasting and braising...wow, I can't wait!

Any who...I wanted to take the next week and just juice! Yes...juice and smoothie week is in full effect!

Don't be scared people...I promise you...I will make them taste as good as a milkshake...o.k. I exaggerate...but it will be almost as good as a milk shake...!

Don't feel betrayed by the Contessa, I know I've teased, taunted, and tickled your fancy with all those rich dishes...but to be completely honest...I really try to drink a green juice/ smoothie daily, usually for breakfast.

Hey people...we can't live on bacon and butter every day...maybe every other day...but surely, not every single day...moderation is the key...but not during the Holidays.

So hurry up and start smoothie week, and during the Holidays try to drink one green smoothie or juice a day...it will make those New Year's resolutions that much easier to keep...!

Please don't fear the color of this smoothie, I promise, it taste just like mango.

Did I mention that the Orange Mango Dreamsicle Smoothie is Big Goo approved! He couldn't believe the taste and said if he likes it, everyone will!

That would have to be true, because y'all know, Big Goo is all about eating meat, and drinking green juice is not on  his bucket list! Give it a try, I told you I would make it taste good!
