Triple Berrylicious Smoothie

Berry...Berry...BerryLicious!

Hello everyone, it's day 1, of Eating Light with Creole Contessa. I decided to start off this week with my favorite beverage ever! It's my Triple Berrylicious Smoothie which includes the nutritional supplement Ensure®!

Because Ensure®is a source of complete balanced nutrition, I added extra frozen berries to replace ice cubes in my smoothie.

I wanted to make sure I received every ounce of flavor and adding ice cubes would have taken away from the berryliciousness, of my Triple Berrylicious Smoothie!

This is so simple to make, excuses be gone!

I placed all the ingredients into my blender, and within one minute my smoothie was ready to drink!

Look at how beautiful it turned out...

It's time to drink up people...and I must confess, this smoothie is kid approved! My baby girl said it tasted just like a milkshake....!

Update: Thanks to Pam K, those of you following weight watchers here is the points.
Each ensure is 7 points & the tablespoon of honey is 2. The frozen berries are 0.
