Double Nut Chocolate Caramel Apples

Just YUM!

Who doesn't love a nice caramel apple?  And who doesn't love Chocolate? Well, put those two together and you have, Just Yum!

With the holidays fast approaching I decided to make some chocolate caramel apples to greet the season, and my belly.

Notice the lack of pictures I took, because the recipe is so simple. Melt some butter, add some sugar and corn syrup, cook 10 minutes, add some condensed milk, cook 15-20 minutes, add chocolate and vanilla, DONE!

Don't forget your organic apples.

Pierce the apples with the Popsicle sticks. Also for a festive touch, soak Popsicle sticks overnight in food coloring, mixed with water to die them different colors.

Done and ready to eat!
