Strawberry-Banana Pudding Mini Trifles

Stacked Goodness!

I decided to make trifles with my left over Brown Sugar Baby Pound Cake. Hey, I couldn't let such buttery goodness go to waist.

Start with organic strawberries and jello banana cream instant pudding mix.

These are quick simple deserts, once you get the pound cake made. I just sliced four medium size slices of pound cake and cut them into cubes.

After cubing the pound cakes, I sliced my organic strawberries into thin slices. Made some jello banana cream pudding using fat free organic milk. Hey, I had to cut calories somewhere.

Then I layered the trifle. Banana pudding, pound cake, strawberries, cool whip, repeat.
