Goal Post Sausage Balls with Spicy Mango Glaze

It's GOOD!

I searched high and low for a great sausage ball recipe. I could not find one, so I decided to create my own version.  I thought about how I like my meatballs which are moist, flavorful, and a little spicy.

I used ground chicken sausage because I wanted to keep things light, this time! This is a really simple recipe.

Mix sausage with green onions, creole seasonings, jack and cheddar cheese, a little black pepper, garlic and onion powder and very little flour and there you go!

Make the quick glaze while the meatballs are baking in the oven. After 15 minutes glaze the meatballs and cook them for about 5 minutes more.

You can double glaze them as soon as they come out the oven.

Stick some chopsticks in the end to represent the goal post, and let's eat and It's Good!
